As a developer, in our life, we encounter too many requests from the production line, our bosses, family, team members, etc. Also, we constantly try to figure out how to manage time-efficient with code quality and keep up everything together and this situation makes us sick periodically.
If you check out development or developer articles on Medium or any other platforms, most of them are about how to use our time and productivity well. Everyone has thoughts about it, everyone tries to share their experiences about refactoring, efficient productivity, and time management. Of course, there are intersections of experiences and similar solutions to similar problems but there is no single truth about a solution. So I believe, this affects every developer who read those articles, and they don’t give any solution to real-life problems.
I would like to re-consider building our methodology. I don’t want this article about how to manage deadlines, hard work, bad code, etc. I just want to remind you that, it will be fine to read other people’s solutions, and experiences but in the end, a developer should find their methods to handle the current situation. And eventually, the acts and behaviors of a person depend on the current condition of the course.
So, it is nice to share the same problems and solutions but individually they can only give an opinion to other people. Think about your position. Where do you work, in which economy, in which society, etc? Then you can mix up the ideas and can develop your methods against the work-related problems.
On the other hand, if the work environment, a team in which the developer, does not give a chance or cooperation is weak between teammates, I don’t believe it is worth it.
At the end of my story, yes, sharing and offering solutions are good but every individual considers the reality by themself.
